Prices are in Euros
- For each added bed there will be a payment of 15 Euros per day. Children under ten years of age no additional payment is requested
- Minimum stay at Poggiovaccaio is two nigth
- There is a special week-end rate (three days, from thursday or friday as you like)
- This special rate is not applicable in the following periods: from the first week in June to the last week of August, Easter and Christmas time

Booking:
  We ask for booking a deposit of 30% of the total.
  In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  For cancellations later than 30 days will be deducted the full amount.
  The booking confirmation will be communicated on receipt of the deposit.

The rate includes:
- Bath and bed linen will be changed each week
- Final cleaning
- Use of the swimming-pool
- Water (cold or warm)
- Ligths, and gas for the kitchen

The rate does not include:
- Heating gas or/and woods for the fireplace
- Continental breakfast, if requested, will cost 5 Euros each
- Moreover you may book a dinner or a lunch at a price to be agreed upon

Check-in will be carried out from 4 pm to 7 pm
Check-out will be carried from 7 am to 11 am
